When a crew of professional installers are
on the roof in the blazing hot sun the last thing they want to do is hunt
for parts, and separate components for a logical installation. Professional
Solar Products now offers their products to these installers in bare bundle
quantities.

Pallets are stacked logically - product used first will be
placed on top - product used last will be on the bottom. Boxes with
hardware generally sit in the center or around the edges
to balance the pallet weight for shipping. Boxes are labeled by a "box code"
along with a list of components. A spreadsheet of "box codes" with their
corresponding components is faxed to the job foreman in advance for
planning and preparation.

Professional Solar Products separates components and boxes them
separately. Installers can allocate labor resources to focus on an operation
with more efficiency. (e.g. one installer puts in the Fast Jack bases
located in one box, the next installer comes behind him and installs the
posts in the next box, etc.)

Manufacturer shop workflow is completely automated increasing our
efficiency. Parts are automatically fabricated, cut and boxed with minimal
human interaction. This decreases the cost of production, allowing us to
