XD by Professional Solar Products, Inc. offers a cost effective
and easy-to-install
solution for 8ft on center commercial installations. SolarWedge XD
incorporates standard patented mounting system components plus a newly
designed support rail and splice kit to gain the additional structural
capacity to span a fully engineered 8'.

8' Attachment Span Capacity:
Extra deep support rail (3") and the newly designed XD Splice Kit
allow 8' attachment spacing. Roof attachment requirement is reduced by 25%
(versus 6' O.C.), while maintaining the lowest cost-per-watt
(approximately $0.15/Wdc).

Standardized Parts: SolarWedge XD
incorporates standard SolarWedge components for easy stocking and
ordering.

Integrated Leveling System: Compensates up
to 2-1/2" of roof variation (stainless steel leveling kit included)

Fully Engineered: Designed to withstand approx. 110 mph wind load
(non-snow load) at 8' spans

Stainless Steel & Finished Aluminum Components:
Anodized aluminum support brackets match support rail. FoamJack stanchion
parts are machine tumbled and cleaned to provide excellent bonding of
sealants, flashing sealers and foam. Aluminum and stainless steel design
for corrosion resistance and long term strength. Matching black anodized
clamps and stainless steel hardware available for specific modules.

Roof Friendly: System does not affect roof
drainage, allows roof to breathe and dry out. Provides walking access
around the modules for easy service and accessibility to the roof.
